Creating an equatorial paradise in Massachusetts.

Step into this Massachusetts backyard paradise! Instead of jetting off to faraway destinations, our clients in Northbridge had Dex create paradise at their home with innovative landscape design.

During the consultation, our designer noted a significant slope, prompting the need for a raised poolside supported by a retaining wall. Seeing this as an opportunity, our designer envisioned an upgraded hardscape.

Utilizing specialized software, our team generated detailed mock-ups showcasing various designs. One captured our clients’ attention by featuring a sunken lounge patio below the elevated pool deck and a swim-up bar along the retaining wall.

After revisions, two water features were added: a waterfall cascading from a raised sundeck and a splash pad water jet. Enhanced with LED lights, these features promised nighttime entertainment.

Stamped concrete, chosen for its low maintenance and affordability, brought the vision to life. Aside from yearly cleaning and sealing, stamped concrete does not necessitate the same level of upkeep as other options, and its low material and installation costs best fit our client’s budget. Additionally, stamped concrete can be tinted to a desired color and stamped with the client’s preferred design, making it the ideal choice.

The outcome was a tropical sanctuary ready to host years of family fun and neighborhood get-togethers. With hectic work schedules, this backyard oasis provides a convenient weekend escape steps away from the backdoor.
