The Apartments at Cranmore Ridge, owned by Brady Sullivan Properties, pride themselves on offering the best amenities for their residents. When it became time to update their common area, which included grill stations, and a gas fire pit area, they turned to Dex by Terra.
For this hardscaping project, Dex by Terra installed a 900 square foot paver patio using Techo Bloc Blu 60 Pavers. Upon that base, Dex created two grill stations clad in Gray Stone Veneer with attached dining bars that were topped with 2″ thick Blu Mist Granite. Connected to these dining areas via a paver walkway, Dex fabricated a tranquil gas fire pit area artfully surrounded by natural boulders.
