Located steps from Polar Park, home of WooSox baseball, The Revington provides meticulously designed, modern apartments to those seeking to reside in the surging city of Worcester, Massachusetts. To execute the high-end outdoor living spaces that complement their luxury apartments, The Revington called up the all-star landscape design-build talent of Dex by Terra.
The project required over 18,000 SQ FT of pavers, 600 LF of granite, and 4,500 SQ FT of synthetic turf. 30 trees, 250 shrubs, and 2,700 groundcovers were planted, and an irrigation system was installed to sustain them.
Hardscaping included multiple amenity areas crowned by a central podium-level courtyard featuring a pool deck constructed from 5000 SQ FT of Unilock porcelain pavers set on Unilock’s cutting-edge pedestal system. Another 3900 SQ FT of pavers on sand setting were used for patios and walkways in the courtyard. Nearby the pool, a multi-grill outdoor kitchen was installed. Landscaping in the podium-level courtyard included 7200 SQ FT of planting area, requiring 280 CY of planting mix and 65 CY of mulch.
The Revington needed a heavy-hitting landscape design-build team to knock their outdoor spaces out of the park, and Dex by Terra closed the game with quality installation and timely delivery.
